Valet trash is simple: residents place bagged trash (and recycling) in a provided container outside their door during a set evening window, and our uniformed porters collect it, carry it to the compactor or dumpster and leave the breezeways clean — five to seven nights a week. No more residents hauling bags across the parking lot, no more overflowing dumpster enclosures on Monday morning, and no more trash left by the stairwell.
For property managers and HOA boards it’s one of the few amenities that pays for itself: most communities bill valet trash as a monthly line item that exceeds the cost of the service, while resident satisfaction and retention go up.
THE SERVICE
Residents
Collection during a consistent evening window (typically 8 – 10 PM). Residents set the bin out; we take care of the rest.
Recycling
Separate collection of recyclables so the community diverts material from the landfill and can report on it.
Property
Porters sweep breezeways and pick up stray debris on every route, and report maintenance issues they spot along the way.
Management
We supply the containers, handle resident communication and rules, and pair the service with a right-sized compactor or dumpster program.
